Generation is always capitalized when referring to one of the specific ones (I, II, III, or IV), but when not doing so, it should be left uncapitalized. This is much like the routes: uncapitalized when referring to a nonspecific one, but capitalized when named as Route 1. or Routes 4, 5, and 6. TTEchidna 06:41, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
