a couple of things it could be
1. Where is phione?
2.It could also be the fact unown has a dex number for each form
3.If 2 is suposed to be like that it could be others (like burmy missing)

Type order
Personally, I prefer the index order. Which is the order they're in on the navigation template, first physical, then special. TTEchidna 08:37, 29 July 2010 (UTC)
