Scottie's Treecko (Japanese: ショータのキモリ Shōta's Kimori) is a Pokémon owned by Scottie.

History

Treecko first appeared in Battling with Elegance and a Big Smile! where it had a battle with Clemont's Luxray at the Lumiose Gym. It attempted to use Razor Leaf earlier on. However, this left an opening for Clemont to attack. Afterwards, since the timing of Treecko's attacks were off, Treecko was defeated by Luxray's Wild Charge, costing Scottie the match.

Treecko reappeared in XY073 where it battled alongside Bagon against Ash's Frogadier and Hawlucha. Despite having the type-advantage against Frogadier, Treecko was beaten by Frogadier's Cut. Their Double Battle was interrupted afterwards.

Scottie sent Treecko out in XY074 to watch Ash's Gym battle with Valerie.

Personality and characteristics

As Scottie was a beginner Trainer when he got Treecko, Treecko was also still learning as shown in his Gym battle against Clemont when the timing of its attacks were off.
