Personally, I can't find any reason to have a Pachirisu on your team with the exception of novelty. But at least this evolution gives some real meaning to it, and gives fans something they can at least use.

The name "Eules" is taken from "Leonhard Euler" who did stuff about tides. Like how Lapras is taken from "Pierre-Simon Laplace" who came after Euler.
