If you're interested, you should also check out the various templates I've been writing, as they are very interesting. Everything can be navigated through using the directory. Bulbapedia Bulbapedia wasn't my first fansite. Serebii was. I stumbled across it when I was searching for Gyarados' type, and found not only it but an entire website. And I fell in love with the concept of fansites. Then it escalated to Veekun, from which I found Bulbapedia. That was around May 2010, when the usergroups got implemented. I've been around Bulbapedia since September 28, 2010. Since then, I've mastered wikicode and have created extremely advanced templates, combining CSS and wikicode into sheer awesomeness that automatically figures out a whole slew of things. One of the best templates would probably be this one, which uses the {{#time:}} parser function. It's very interesting. If you want more on that, bug me about it. But please, technologically-savvy or extremely bored people only. These days, I'm a WikiGnome, fixing typos and links, and occasionally performing major edits on articles. The random infoboxes you've seen popping up all over the Fiore pages are my work - I've stuck those on. And then there's the Archives, where I usually place stuff on like "move this image to File:Wintown Ranger1.png" just for the infoboxes. I also have recently been doing major work for Project Battrio - even though I've never seen or played with an actual Battrio arcade machine. Like I said, I'm not an admin, so please don't ask me to delete anything or deal with protected stuff. Hopefully I will be able to do that in the future, but as for now, that stuff is in the hands of the staff. How to get a hold of me There are four ways you can get a hold of me. I absolutely love background music, especially in the Pokémon games. It just makes the games so much better. Below I have compiled a list of really good BGM tracks. BGM that's best with GB Sounds off This only lists HeartGold and SoulSilver tracks, as those tracks from Sinnoh and Hoenn can't really be alternated with an eight-bit version of them freely. Routes 47 and 48 Riding the Magnet Train Wild Pokémon encounters and Trainer battles in Kanto Pokémon Centers Viridian, Pewter and Saffron Cities, plus any gatehouses or other buildings that play the city's music when entered The Pokéathlon competition Global Terminal BGM that's best with GB Sounds on Wild Pokémon encounters in Johto Routes 34-37, 45-46, the Pokéathlon Dome (exterior) and Cliff Edge Gate Routes 30-33 Routes 2-10, 16-18, and 22 Cerulean and Fuschia Cities, plus any buildings that play their music Other random, really good BGM Thunderwave Cave (Mystery Dungeon Red and Blue) Amp Plains (Mystery Dungeon Time, Darkness and Sky) Blizzard Island Rescue Team Medley (Mystery Dungeon Sky for sure, but maybe Time and Darkness too) Dialga's Fight to the Finish! (Mystery Dungeon Time, Darkness and Sky) - EPIC!!! Hoenn Sound remix of its original (HeartGold and SoulSilver) Start with the theme song of Wigglytuff's Guild, then right before the main melody takes over, switch to "One for All, All for One!" track. - Only works if you know how to do it. (Mystery Dungeon Sky) Marowak Dojo (Mystery Dungeon Sky) - Track 101. My personal waiting music. The original isn't all that bad, either. Favorite Pokémon Well, duh! Every fan has their favorites! These are just a few of mine... the list may just keep getting bigger and bigger as I figure out new ones. Especially for Sinnoh and Unova. Meanwhile, there's the least favorites that you could check out, if you really wanted to see who (in my opinion) sucks. Kanto Natives National Pokédex numbers 001 through 151 # Name Sprite PA image Why? 018 Pidgeot Although he takes a while to train up, and the strong moves don't show up for a very long time, he's pretty good in battle. 034 Nidoking Nidoking proves to all that Poison is not as useless as we think. Then he kills you. FAST. Plus he just looks awesome. 051 Dugtrio Three mole thingies in one big bunch. National terror. And after he kills you he goes back into hiding. Too bad he doesn't evolve again... 059 Arcanine Give him better moves, and he's a world threat. But seriously? Looks - and just is - deadly. What's wrong with a big giant puppy/tiger? 062 Poliwrath SURFING NINJA!!! You tell me one thing bad about a surfing ninja. 076 Golem Although he has all of those weaknesses, Golem's not all that bad. He does a pretty decent job as the Rock debut, and his pre-evolutions are very annoyingly located in every cave imaginable. But, nonetheless, he knows how to kick butt. 093 Haunter Ghost + Body + Hands - Arms + Immune to a lot of attacks = plain awesome. Gengar gets arms, and it has that weird evil smile that makes no sense. Haunter... takes care of everything. 127 Pinsir Thanks to the split, he will murder anyone with X-Scissor. And then some. 130 Gyarados Big. Huge. Killer stats. And remarkably difficult to beat. Now if only there was one teensy fix, he'd be insanely awesome. But so long as he knows how to kill Electric-types, we're still in business. 143 Snorlax He's a pain in the butt to catch or defeat. And then he's fat and lazy. Have you read this stuff? It's hilarious how he's that big. Especially in the manga. And who can argue with him? Fat + Lazy = Hilarious. 149 Dragonite Let's see. Pseudo-legendary, meaning killer stats. Looks beast. Sounds pretty tough. And can it cover for its weaknesses? Hmm... Fire Punch, Brick Break, Flamethrower, Dragon Claw... must I go on? 150 Mewtwo I don't think that there's a single reason to go wrong here. Plus its Rumble theme music when it goes into the Battle Royale makes it much more epic. Johto Natives National Pokédex numbers 152 through 251. A lot of these guys aren't really all that good, but they made it into the list 'cuz they're absolutely hilarious. # Name Sprite Why? 160 Feraligatr When it's not crushing small children with its jaws while it devours them, it covers for its main weakness with its devastating stats. What's not to like? 169 Crobat Okay, so I have to admit, they're actually really fun to use. Training a pathetic Zubat isn't all that fun, though. Good thing that there's an easy way to get him up there... 179 Mareep IT'S A SHEEP!!! AND IT MAKES A HILARIOUS NOISE!!! AND IT'S A POKéMON!!! If only the stats were better, then guess what? It would never be allowed to evolve. Not even into Flaaffy. 204 Pineco Pineco... you suck, but you're hilarious. Pinecone Pokémon. Let me know when you're done laughing. 208 Steelix Hi, welcome to the Steel type. I'm Steelix, and I shall kill you immediately. Thanks for visiting. 212 Scizor He's a deadly one for sure. And so long as he can get up to Speed, you will never see victory again. 214 Heracross Horn on the head. Watch out. Only problem: Flying. 225 Delibird Only because it resembles a chicken. Other than that, it sucks. 229 Houndoom Sneasel didn't give Dark a very good debut, but Houndoom did. He's not that bad, either. 241 Miltank Mooooooooooo. Seriously, though? It's not Miltank as it is the concept of him. A cow Pokémon. I just think cows are so random... 248 Tyranitar Oh look. Another pseudo-legendary. But seriously? Tyranitar. Better than Dragonite. So long as he knows how to destroy any and all ninjas, he's all set. Plus Rock/Dark is a very interesting type combination. Hoenn Natives National Pokédex numbers 252 through 386 # Name Sprite Why? 257 Blaziken First he burns you. Then he gives you a hard kick in the face. He's pretty good in the later games, but not in Hoenn, as that's where Fire doesn't get any advantages in the gyms. 260 Swampert First he kills your accuracy. Then after that, he comes along and shoots you with water. He's also really good in the Hoenn gyms, as a lot of them are weak to either Water or Ground. 282 Gardevoir Permanent Hoennite, partially because she's so awesome. No, not that way - this is in battle, genius. And she actually has a method of defending herself. Oh - and did I mention she's a perfect fit for SIGMA? 289 Slaking He's right there with Snorlax: fat and lazy. 325 Spoink Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! Boing! 344 Claydol Automatically-moving thingy that also warps anyone who gets too close to it away. And who can deny its awesome look? 376 Metagross He's awesome. (But then again... who doesn't like him?) Looks beast. Few weaknesses. And then there's the noise. Oh Metagross... Sinnoh Natives National Pokédex numbers 387 through 493 # Name Sprite Why? 392 Infernape Sure Blaziken beat him to Fire/Fighting. Sure he's a monkey. Sure he's awesome - his type combination is useful somewhere (hint: three five type advantages (provided you evolve him pre-Roark). And he's fast - he can beat my friend's Darkrai, which has like insane speed. 398 Staraptor He's a really good regional bird, compared to those other three. And the strong moves come on fast - BAM!!! Plus he's got Intimidate... though that's pretty useless. 445 Garchomp Pseudo-legendary? Or the fact that he's just plain awesome? 452 Drapion Once he evolves from a pathetic-looking lame crab thing (Kingler took care of crabs), he proves once and for all that Poison/Dark is a very helpful combination, and then goes and kicks your butt into next week. Plus, he's hard to hurt, and hard to capture in Almia. And did I mention that he can whoop you? 475 Gallade Partially because of MAGNEDETH and his logic, but also because he seriously isn't all that bad. 484 Palkia He explains himself very clearly by kicking your [CENSORED] into a spacial rift of some sort. And then some. His main objectives: Kill! Eliminate! DESTROY!!! Teams My teams are constantly changing. As such, they will be posted here later. Until then, you'll just have to wait and see!
