Ruby & Sapphire arc

About a year has passed since the Gold, Silver & Crystal arc. Much of the events listed here pertain to events prior to the 80-day challenge.

Creeping Past Cacnea	July 2 Ruby moves from Goldenrod City in Johto to Littleroot Town in Hoenn.
Making Mirth with Mightyena	July 2 Ruby arrives at his new house, but quickly runs away. Ruby meets Professor Birch. Ruby meets Sapphire.
Trying to Trounce Torchic	July 2 Ruby and Sapphire arrange a bet: Ruby gathers all the Ribbons from the Hoenn region while Sapphire gathers all the Gym Badges from the Hoenn region within 80 days. Ruby saves Sapphire from a wild Seviper.
Distracting Dustox	July 3 Ruby is attacked by a wild Dustox. Ruby's Mudkip defeats the Dustox and is named Mumu. Ruby decides to keep the Pokédex. Norman is informed of Ruby's running away and decides to search for his son. Sapphire goes on her journey to challenge Hoenn's Gyms.
Nixing Nuzleaf	July 4 Ruby reaches Petalburg City. Ruby meets Wally.
Brushing Past Breloom	July 4 Norman refuses Wally's request to help him capture a Pokémon. Ruby takes the injured Wally back home and offers him to help capture a Pokémon.
Tongue-Tied Kecleon	July 5 Ruby helps Wally capture his first Pokémon, a Kecleon. Wally gives Ruby a PokéNav. Ruby is swept out to sea after an earthquake. Wally arrives at his new home in Verdanturf Town.
Lombre Larceny	July 5 Sapphire rescues a Castform from a fountain. Team Aqua attacks Sapphire.
Mowing Down Ludicolo	July 5 Gabby and Ty are attacked by Team Aqua's Ludicolo. Sapphire defeats Team Aqua, but they successfully steal the Devon Goods. Mr. Stone gives Sapphire a letter for Steven.
Blowing Past Nosepass I	July 6 Sapphire challenges the Rustboro Gym. After passing a test, Sapphire faces Roxanne in a battle. Ruby is rescued by Mr. Briney at sea.

Emerald arc

A bit over 9 months have passed since the Ruby & Sapphire arc and a bit over two months since the FireRed & LeafGreen arc.

PS303	Two months before the Battle Frontier's opening, Brandon catches Regirock, Regice, and Registeel. Scott gets a mysterious call from Professor Oak. A reporter arrives at the Battle Frontier. Emerald arrives at the Battle Frontier. A wild Sudowoodo attacks the reporter.
PS304	Emerald saves the reporter and calms down the wild Sudowoodo. Emerald is revealed to own a Pokédex. Emerald crashes the Battle Frontier opening ceremony.
PS305	The Frontier Brains learn that the media were under the impression that Emerald was allowed to challenge the Battle Frontier. Emerald is tasked with defeating the Frontier Brains in seven days. Emerald starts battling the Battle Factory and wins his first match.
PS306	Emerald continues to battle the Battle Factory, and starts his battle with Noland.
PS307	Emerald continues his battle against Noland. During the battle, Sceptile goes on a rampage and begins attacking Emerald. With his E Shooter, Emerald calms Sceptile down. Emerald defeats Noland and receives the Knowledge Symbol. Emerald reveals that he stole the Sceptile from the Battle Factory.
PS308	Emerald finds out that the Sceptile is not a rental Pokémon. Emerald reveals that he was sent to the Battle Frontier by someone. Crystal is revealed to be assisting Emerald by sending him Pokémon to use in battle. Emerald begins his Battle Pike challenge.
PS309	Emerald continues his Battle Pike challenge. Emerald begins his battle against Lucy. Noland begins investigating the rental Pokémon.
PS310	Emerald continues his battle against Lucy and defeats her, earning the Luck Symbol. Emerald decides to challenge the Battle Pyramid next. Emerald goes to calm down the rampaging Pokémon put in the Battle Pike.
PS311	Latias is revealed to be helping Emerald. Emerald calms down the rampaging Pokémon at the Battle Pike. The armored man becomes aware of Emerald's stopping of his plans. Emerald prepares to challenge the Battle Pyramid.
PS312	Emerald continues his Battle Pyramid challenge and reaches the top. The Frontier Brains and reporter learn of what happened to Noland. Emerald begins his battle against Brandon.
PS313	Emerald defeats Brandon and earns the Brave Symbol. The Frontier Brains demand that Emerald tell them everything he knows.
PS314	Emerald reveals that his job is capture Jirachi. Emerald, the Frontier Brains, and reporter go to capture Jirachi at the Artisan Cave. Emerald attempts to capture Jirachi, but someone else is revealed to be in the cave.
PS315	Guile reveals himself to the Frontier Brains. Emerald attempts to capture Jirachi, but Guile stops him. Tucker, Brandon, Spenser, and Lucy try to stop Guile, but lose. Anabel helps Emerald combat Guile.
PS316	Anabel battles against Guile Hideout. Emerald almost captures Jirachi, but is stopped by Guile. Jirachi escapes, leaving only four days left to capture it. Guile escapes, leaving the injured Frontier Brains and Emerald to return to the Battle Frontier. Anabel reveals that Scott knew everything about Jirachi and Guile.
PS317	Emerald begins his battle against Greta. Scott reveals that Professor Oak was the one who sent Emerald to the Battle Frontier to capture Jirachi. Ruby and Sapphire set sail on a ship to the Battle Frontier. Mr. Briney sails on a ship that holds the statues of Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, and Silver.
PS318	Emerald defeats Greta and earns the Guts Symbol. The reporter and Greta find out Emerald's true height. The Frontier Brains learn how Guile Hideout's sword works. Noland and Brandon learn that Jirachi can only grant wishes to those who see its third eye.
PS319	Pre-round Crystal's Natee evolves into a Xatu. Emerald starts his Battle Dome challenge. The reporter finds out that Emerald's Sceptile has interest in the Pokédex.
PS320	Emerald continues his Battle Dome challenge. Wallene and Riley get married. Ruby and Sapphire arrive at the Battle Frontier. Emerald meets Ruby and Sapphire.
PS321	Emerald refuses Ruby and Sapphire's offer to help him. Emerald continues his Battle Dome challenge. Sapphire and Ruby begin competing in the Battle Dome. Emerald battles against Ruby.
PS322	Ruby's battle against Emerald in the Battle Dome continues. Emerald wins the battle, allowing him to advance to the finals. Sapphire battles Tucker and loses. Sceptile is revealed to have lost memories of its time as a Treecko and Grovyle.
PS323	Noland comes up with a plan to find Jirachi. Annoyed at their antics, Emerald throws Ruby and Sapphire out of the Battle Dome. Emerald switches his team for his battle against Tucker. Spenser suddenly approaches Sapphire with his staff.
PS324	Ruby and Sapphire begin suspecting Spenser. Emerald loses his Battle Dome challenge against Tucker. Emerald goes to challenge the Battle Palace immediately. Guile Hideout captures Jirachi.
PS325	Guile Hideout leaves to have Jirachi grant his wish while having the rental Pokémon attack the people. The Frontier Brains are forced to stop the rental Pokémon instead of pursuing Guile. Emerald leaves his team to battle at the Battle Palace. Emerald, Ruby, and Sapphire set off to the Battle Tower.
PS326	Emerald's Pokémon continue their Battle Palace challenge. Emerald obtains a Snorlax, Mr. Mime, and Mantine. Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, and Noland arrive at the Battle Tower. Guile Hideout struggles to get Jirachi to grant his wish. Anabel appears before Emerald's group, but doesn't appear to be normal.
PS327	Anabel is revealed to be under Guile Hideout's mind control. The origin of the Frontier Brains is revealed. The statues of Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, and Silver is revealed to have been placed in the Battle Tower. Emerald battles the mind-controlled Anabel and loses. Emerald's Pokémon come to his aid after having won the Spirits Symbol. Guile Hideout reveals his true identity: Archie of Team Aqua.
PS328	Guile Hideout makes his wish and summons a monster Kyogre. Crystal and Gold appear to help battle against Guile Hideout. The final battle against Guile Hideout begins.
PS329	The Pokédex holders fight against Guile Hideout. Crystal takes Ruby and Sapphire to special training. Emerald tries to make Jirachi grant his wish.
PS330	Emerald tries to make Jirachi grant his wish, but fails. Gold and Crystal attempt to distract the monster Kyogre. Emerald, Sapphire, and Ruby are given the bangles that teach them the Ultimate Moves. Emerald begins explaining his past.
PS331	Emerald tells Sapphire and Ruby about his past. Emerald is revealed to be the child that asked for a Pokédex in The Last Battle XIV.
PS332	Emerald continues his story. Mumu, Chic and Emerald's Sceptile master the Ultimate Moves. Gold and Crystal come back defeated.
PS333	Jirachi grants Emerald's wish. The Pokédex holders are freed from their petrification. The monster Kyogre floods the whole Battle Frontier.
PS334	The Kanto Pokédex holders and Silver assist their allies. Silver's Feraligatr learns Hydro Cannon. The ten Pokédex holders fight against Guile Hideout.
PS335	Guile Hideout's armor is destroyed by Poli and Polibo. The monster Kyogre is attacked by a combination of Frenzy Plant, Hydro Cannon, Blast Burn, and Volt Tackle.
PS336	The monster Kyogre is destroyed. How Archie got his sword and armor is revealed. Archie disappears in a flash of light. Latias and Latios return to Southern Island.
PS337	Scott takes Jirachi's last wish and invites various people to the Battle Frontier. All ten Pokédex holders battle in a competition together at the Battle Dome. Emerald receives the Ability and Tactics Symbols. Professor Oak hires Todd Snap to take pictures on an island inhabited only by Pokémon. Jirachi returns to its thousand-year slumber.
