This is my little theory page, please if you have any comments I'd like to hear them.
I'll update the listings everytime a characters team changes, so by the end of Best Whishes and my listing is exactly the same as the character's rosters, don't think I got all of them right. You should look through the history though, because their are some odd ones that I have since got rid off.

Ash

File:Ash and his Pikachu.png Ash will beat Skyla and Brycen on his first try, but lose to Drayden not once but twice. Drayden only lets him have another rematch on the conndition that he can beat Iris in a battle. At the Unova league he'll bring back his other Pokémon and make it to the final round where he'll battle Trip, however before they can finish, somthing interupts the battle...
Pikachu♂	Pikachu will be used in battle agaist Skyla and either get one win or be the fall guy. Pikachu will be destroyed by Drayden's Haxorus in one of the battles that Ash loses, but will get a win agaist one of Iris's Pokémon (Not Fraure or Excadrill) and be taken down by Fraxure. In the final battle with Trip, Pikachu will be fighting Serperior, both their trainers last Pokémon, before the battle is interupted. Static Thunderbolt, Quick Attack, Iron Tail and Electro Ball.
Pidove → Tranquill → Unfezant♀	Tranquill will particapate in a Poké ringer contest but end up losing to Trip's Tranquill. She will later battle Skyla and beat both her Unfezant and her Swanna, winning the match for Ash. She will evolve in a battle with Trip's Unfezant, demonstrating that females fly better. Unfezant will, like Pikachu, be beaten by Drayden's Haxorus in one of the first two battles. Super Luck Air Cutter, Facade, Sky Attack and Roost.
Oshawott → Dewott → Samurott♂	Oshawott will defeat Krokorok and be beaten by Palpitoad in the battle agaist Clay. He will become the center of Burgundy's Dewott's affections, much to the disgust of Burgundy and the confusion of Ash. Once he grows closer to Dewott, he stops showering attention on Emolga making her very jeleous. By the end of it all he'll evolve. He'll evolve a second time defeating Team Rocket at Opleucid city, his evolution is what makes Drayden decide Ash should battle Iris in order to be allowed another rematch. In the battle agaist Drayden, Samurott will be the one to take down Haxorus and win the battle. At the Unova league he'll battle and win agaist Burgundy's Samurott. He'll aslo be used agaist Trip. Torrent Razor Shell, Aqua Jet, Ice Beam and Hydro Cannon.
Tepig → Pignite♂	Tepig will be send out to battle a random trainer that Ash meets on the way to Icirrus city, however the trainer is soon found to be the guy who abandoned him at the battle club in Accumala town. Tepig will evolve into Pignite after finally reconzing that Ash and his original trainer are completly different and beating the nasty man in battle. Pignite will later be used at the Icirrus gym, beating Brycen's Vaniluxe and being beaten by his Beartic. Pignite will also lose to Haxorus in one of Ash's first two battles agaist Drayden. Pignite will be defeated by Bianca's Emboar when he evolves during a battle with him after an episode of them training together. In Ash and Bianca's battle at the Unova league he'll lose to Emboar again. Blaze Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Arm Thrust and Wild Charge.
Snivy → Servine♀	One episode, she'll get lost, along with Emolga and Trip's Servine where she'll setttle the score with him. She'll evolve into a Servine herself in a formal battle with Iris and Emolga which they'll draw. In Ash's second battle agaist Drayden, she'll come very close to defeating Haxorus, however she falls and Ash loses the match. Servine loses to Haxorus again in the next battle after defeating both Drayden's Druddigon and Zweilous. Shortly before the league, she'll battle Georgia's Bisharp and beat her a second time. Overgrow Attract, Leaf Storm, Leaf Blade and Giga Drain.
Egg → Scraggy → Scrafty♂	Scraggy will get his first gym battle in Icirrus city, winning Ash the badge by defeating Brycen's Beartic. A couple episodes afterwards, Scraggy will evolve while protecting his friend Axew from Team Rocket. After Pikachu is defeated, Scrafty will be the one to take down Fraxure and win the battle agaist Iris, convincing Drayden to allow Ash another match. Moxie Hi Jump Kick, Crunch, Fire Punch and Head Smash.
Sewaddle → Swadloon → Leavanny♂	Swadloon will evolve after special training with his trainer and Burgh to raise his speed. In the third battle agaist Drayden he'll be sent out first, however he'll lose to Drayden's first Pokémon: Druddigon. Leavanny will team up with Luke's Leavanny and rescue all of Ash's, Iris's, Cilan's, Bianca's and Luke's Pokémon from Team Rocket on route to the Pokémon league. Swarm String Shot, Energy Ball, X-Scissor and Swords Dance.
Palpitoad → Seismitoad♂	Palpitoad will team up with Cilan's Stunfisk in a tag battle rematch agaist the subway bosses on the Tubline bridge and evolve into Seismitoad, beating Chandelure and Eelektross with his partner and friend. Seismitoad will also fall to Drayden's Haxorus in either of the first two battles. Poison Touch Mud Shot, Hydro Pump, Supersonic and Drain Punch.
Roggenrola → Boldore → Gigalith♂	He'll evolve into Boldore and defeat Clay's Excadrill. Juniper will later tell Ash that in order for him to evolve further, Boldore has to be traded, after he was beat by her Accelgor and Bianca's Escavalier's double Hyper Beam attack. Boldore will be used in battle agaist Skyla and either get one win or be the fall guy. After Trip begins to respect Ash, he suggests a trade for his Gurdurr, with the intentions of trading straight back after thay evolve, however for some reason or another Ash and Trip get seperated and Gigalith remains under Trip's care for a couple episodes before they get to trade back. Sturdy Flash Cannon, Magnitude, Rock Blast and Solarbeam.
Sandile → Krokorok♂	Krokorok will appear again (presumaly in BW065) and his apithy towards Pikachu will be fully explained. Krokorok will agree to go with Ash in a later episode. At Twist Mountain Krokorok will battle Clay's Krookodile and the sunglassess will be fully explored. He'll learn to battle wheather they are on or off and eventually defeat Krookodile. In Ash's second battle agaist Drayden he is sent out first and manages to defeat Druddigon before being beaten by Haxorus. Intimidate Dig, Stone Edge, Counter and Foul Play.
Solosis → Duosion → Reuniclus♀	Ash will catch Solosis an episode before entering Mistralton city and she'll evolve an episode after leaving, having been trained in every episode whilst in that city apart from the gym battle episode. Duosion will be stolen by Team Rocket and remain under James's ownership for a couple episodes while Ash and the others make it their mission to get her back, listening to James's commands due to her niave nature. Duosion clashes with Mime Jr. over which of them is James's favourite and evolves into Reuniclus after being rescued. She later defeats Brycen's Cryogonal in Ash's gym battle but is defeated by Vaniluxe. Reuniclus defeated managed to draw with Iris's Excadrill in the battle to determine wheather Ash could battle Drayden again. She is later defeated by Drayden's Zwelious in his and Ash's third battle. Magic Guard Psychic, Recover, Dizzy Punch and Focus Blast.
Larvesta → Volcarona♂	Ash will capture Larvesta on route to Opluecid city. Larvesta will fill in for Luke's Volcarona, who had fell ill, making the special effects for one of his movies. Larvesta later evolves in a triple battle at the league, while battling alongside Leavanny and Seismitoad. He wins the battle for Ash after they fell. Volcarona later trained with Luke's Volcarona in preperation for Ash's full battlw with Georgia. Flame Body Bug Buzz, Flare Blitz, Quiver Dance and Hurricane.

Evolutions

Totodile → Croconaw♂	Totodile will win a one on one match early in the league. Later, while training for the full battles he evolves into Croconaw and then goes on to defeat two of Georgia's Pokémon before being defeated. Torrent Water Gun, Slash, Aqua Tail and Ice Fang.
Corphish → Crawdaunt♂	Evolves after league and Interuptution arc in a filler saga. Hyper Cutter Crabhammer, Bubblebeam, Swift and Night Slash

Iris

Iris will take her new friends to the village of dragons after her Axew evolves once. While they are there she will demonstrate skills almost up to the standard of the elder, to which she is very impressed. After Ash loosses to Drayden the first time, they have another one on one battle, with Iris coming out triumphant over Drayden, with the Elder watching. She is later beaten by Ash in a battle to determine wheather or not his training was enough for him to take on Drayden again. After Ash beats Georgia, Iris begins to really bond with her and their rivalry ends. At the end of the filler saga, Drayden and the Elder both begin calling Iris a Dragon Master and she offered the title of Opluecid gym leader, at first she declines, but Ash and Cilan both convince her to take the job, so she dose.
Axew → Fraxure → Haxorus♂	Axew will evolve into Fraxure after he manages to defeat Georgia's Beartic in battle. He'll later defeat Pikachu in the battle at the Opluecid gym and have a long and hard battle with Scrafty before losing. He'll evolve at the end of the filler saga, in a simular finale esc way to May's Blaziken. Mold Breaker Dragon Rage, Outrage, Dragon Claw and Giga Impact.
Drilbur → Excadrill♂	Excadrill will also, at an erlier time, defeat Georgia's Beartic. Iris will challenge Drayden to a battle and through a combination of experiance, stratagey and luck, Excadrill defeats Haxorus. Then in Iris's battle with Ash, Excadrill, having been weakened a bit by Scrafty and Pikachu, draws with Reuniclus. Sand Rush Dig, Drill Run, Metal Claw and Focus Blast.
Emolga♀	Emolga will grow jelous of Burgundy's Dewott after she takes to Oshawott, but after he evolves, she forgets about him. Emolga and Snivy's story will come to a climax in a battle between the two where Snivy evolves. Emolga begins to get over her lazy ways after she rescues a group of Patrat from a flood.* Static Attract, Discharge, Volt Switch and Hidden Power.
Gothita → Gothorita → Gothitelle♀

Cilan

Cilan will carrry on being awsome: he'll carry on fishing, he'll carry on being a detective, he'll appear in more of Luke's movies, he'll keep freaking out over trains. Most of all Cilan will be certified an S-class conesour during the filler saga and will stay in Unova to help Burgundy become a better Conasuis.
Pansage♂	Pansage will be defeated eventually by Burgundy's Dewott once she becomes a higher rank connasuse. Pansage will continue to be as awsome as his trainer. Gluttony Solarbeam, Dig, Rock Tomb and Seed Bomb.
Dwebble → Crustle♂	He'll evolve while battling those Galvantula and later destroy Accelgor and Escavalier. I don't think he'll ever lose and why should he? Sturdy X-Scissor, Shell Smash, Rock Slide and Rock Wrecker.
Stunfisk♂	Stunfisk will battle the subway bossess Eelektross and Chandelure, alongside Seismitoad after he evolves from Palpitoad and they'll win together. Like anyone and anything associated with Cialn, he'll continue being awsome. Static Camouflage, Mud Bomb, Scald and Thunder.
Ducklett → Swanna♀	Cilan will catch a Ducklett pretty soon and she will beat Trip's Tranquill, evolve and win the Poké ringer competition. Keen Eye Bubblebeam, Wing Attack, Air Slash and Hurricane

Team Rocket

As their story in Unova starts to end, they will start to become less serious and in the end revert back to bumbling fools that they were before. I can also see their other Pokémon returning to the show for one reason or another and being well trained and powerful Pokémon.

Jessie

Woobat → Swoobat♀	Unaware Air Slash, Gust and Heart Stamp.
Wobbuffet♂	When he returns he'll be suprisingly awsome. Shadow Tag Counter, Mirror Coat and Safeguard.
Seviper♀	Remeber how she was back in her debute? Well she'll be that strong and clever all the time. Shed Skin Poison Tail, Wrap, Poison Fang and Sludge Wave.
Yanma → Yanmega♀	Probaly won't get to see her untill the filler sage. Speed Boost Ancientpower, Steel Wing, Silver Wind and Hyper Beam.

James

Yamask → Cofagrigus♂	Mummy Shadow Ball, Night Shade and Haze.
Mime Jr.♀	James will still baby her and she'll still welcome the attention but she will battle a lot more. Filter Mimic, Tickle, Teeter Dance and Psychic.
Carnivine♀	James will still baby her and she'll still welcome the attention but she will battle a lot more. Levitate Bullet Seed, Bind, Leaf Tornado and Power Whip.

Rivals

Trip

Trip will start to develop respect for Ash after; fianlly being beaten by him, hearing about his past Poké ringer wins, etc. He'll also continue to challenge Cilan, eventually getting a win. In the Unova league his match with Ash in the finals will be interupted...
Snivy → Servine → Serperior♂	As a Servine he will continue his rivalry with Snivy and Pikachu and soon find a mutural respect with Snivy. He will be revealed a Serperior at the league where he'll get a massive battle with Pikachu in the finals before its interuppted. Overgrow Leaf Tornado, Giga Drain, Coil and Frenzy Plant.
Tranquill → Unfezant♂	He will lose to Cilan in a Poké ringer match. After he is shown to have evolved he'll battle Ash's Tranquill, where she will evolve also and beat him. Super Luck Aerial Ace, Work Up, Detect and Razor Wind.
Frillish → Jellicent♂	Cursed Body Water Pulse, Night Shade, Water Spout and Energy Ball.
Lampent → Chandelure♂	Flame Body Shadow Ball, Will-O-Wisp, Heat Wave and Psychic.
Vanillite → Vanillish → Vanilluxe♀	Ice Body Ice Beam, Ice Shard, Flash Cannon and Mirror Coat.
→ Timburr → Gurdurr → Conkeldurr♂	After evolving, he'll spend some time with Ash before being traded back. Guts DynamicPunch, Stone Edge, Hammer Arm and Superpower.
Klink → Klang → Klinklang	Klink will debut under Trip's ownership. It'll probaly not be seen as Klang and only as Klinklang at the league. It dosen't really matter unless they bring in any Hidden abilatys. Gear Grind, Autotomize, Mirror Shot and Zap Cannon.
Darmanitan♂ Escavalier♂	Both seem like extra Pokémon he might catch. Darmanitan: Zen Mode Flare Blitz, Belly Drum, Thrash and Psychic. Escavalier: Swarm Twineedle, Iron Head, Counter and Focus Blast.

Bianca

Bianca will improve and become more capable (somehow...) and battle Ash in the semi-final round of the Unova league but she will defeat Stephan.
Tepig → Pignite → Emboar♂	He'll evolve while training with Ash's. Blaze Heat Crash, Blast Burn, Scald and Hammer Arm.
Minccino → Cinccino♂	Cute Charm Tickle, Hyper Voice, Thunder Wave and Tail Slap.
Shelmet → Accelgor♀	Bianca will learn to control Escavalier, but Accelgor will be returned to her anyway. Hydration Hyper Beam, Giga Drain, U-turn and Recover.
Elgyem → Beheeyem♀
Maractus♀
Mienshao♀

Burgundy

She'll eventually become a B-class conasuis. She'll get 7 more gym badges but be defeated by Ash at the Unova league. At the end of Best Whishes, Cilan will stay with her as her teacher. (and a bit of shipping ;)
Oshawott → Dewott → Samurott♀	She'll be part of a love triangle with Ash's Oshawott and Iris's Emolga. She will evolve later. Torrent Hydro Pump, X-Scissor, Megahorn and Aqua Tail.
Sawsbuck♀	Sap Sipper Horn Leech, Solarbeam, Double Edge and Shadow Ball.
Stoutland♂	Sand Rush Crunch, Wild Charge, Work Up and Giga Impact.

Stephan

He'll carry on being the generic friendly rival, a Morrison mark 2, and will be knocked out of the league by Bianca.
Blitzle → Zebstrika♂	Motor Drive Shock Wave, Double Kick, Wild Charge and Flash.
Sawk♂	Sturdy Close Combat, Bulk Up, Quick Guard and Karate Chop.

Georgia

She'll be shown battling Drayden but end up going to the Unova league without out his badge. After being defeated by Ash, her and Iris will start to become friends.
Beartic♂	Excadrill and Axew will both get wins agaist him at some point. Axew will evolve by beating him. Snow Cloak Icicle Crash, Rock Smash, Brine and Sheer Cold.
Pawniard → Bisharp♀	Defiant Iron Head, Guillotine, Night Slash and Hyper Beam.

Luke

Zorua → Zoroark♀	Illusion Shadow Ball, Night Daze, Night Slash and Low Sweep.
Golett → Golurk	Iron Fist Mega Punch, Hammer Arm, Iron Defense and Ice Beam.
Leavanny♀	Chlorophyll String Shot, Leaf Blade, Double Team and Shadow Claw.
Larvesta → Volcarona♂	Flame Body String Shot, Flamethrower, Morning Sun and Magnet Rise.
