Release information
This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it came with Trainer Magazine #8. The English version of the card was included in the DVD and VHS releases of Spell of the Unown.
Trivia
Unown J and R are the only Unown forms besides ? and ! to not be released in a Neo-era set.
Origin
Hidden Power is a move in the Pokémon games that Unown can learn. "Join" is the word associated with Unown J in the Unown Dex. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Gold.
