Route 17 (Japanese: 17ばんすいどう Water Route 17) is a route found by Surfing west from Route 1. The player spends most of the time here surfing although there is shallow water on some parts of the route where the player can land, and the P2 Laboratory is located here. There are a lot of water currents here and the water currents going down will lead the player to Route 18.

Trivia

  • The in-game maps show Route 17 heading west from Nuvema Town. However, the route's eastern terminus is actually at Route 1.
