The '''United European Pokémon Communities''' (UEPC for short) is a federation of several independent Pokémon communities from across Europe, it was founded as an attempt to unify the European fans, who under normal circumstances would be separated by language barriers.

The UEPC was opened on Christmas Eve 2009 by the current President of UEPC, Troels Just (aka Tsuroerusu). President Tsuroerusu wasted no time in contacting various fansites, offering them affiliation and the opportunity to represent their respective countries in the running of the Union.
