Twister (Japanese: たつまき Twister) is a damage-dealing Dragon-type move introduced in Generation II.
Effect
Generation II
Twister inflicts damage and has a 20% chance of causing each target to flinch.
Twister can hit a Pokémon during the semi-invulnerable turns of Fly, and if it does, it will have its power doubled for that Pokémon.
Generation III
In a Double Battle, Twister will hit all adjacent opponents.
Twister can now also hit a Pokémon during the semi-invulnerable turns of Bounce, and if it does, it will have its power doubled for that Pokémon.
Generation V
