Town Council members

The Town Council members are a group of elderly people who live in a town on Red Rock Isle. They are the leaders of Diglett Village and act as its government. They appeared in Plant It Now...Diglett Later.

The members of the Town Council enlisted the assistance of Team Rocket, Ash and his friends to stop the band of Diglett thieves from stealing the town's Diglett. The Pokémon are used in many of the village's day-to-day operations, and are critical to the survival of the village residents.

With the help of Team Rocket, Ash and his friends, the members of the Town Council were taught how to defend themselves from the band of Diglett thieves. As a way of thanking Ash and his friends, the elders presented them with a Silver Wing.
