Toshihiro Ono (小野 敏洋 Ono Toshihiro), born February 27, 1965, is the creator of the manga Electric Tale of Pikachu. He also wrote and illustrated the Pokémon Tales book Pikachu's Unparalleled Adventure and illustrated the manga adaptation of Mewtwo Strikes Back.
Aside from his work with Pokémon, he also illustrated the first two volumes of the Crest of the Stars manga trilogy. He also writes hentai under a different pen name.
