Release information
In Japan, this card was released for Meiji Chocolate's promotional campaign in June 2004.
Trivia
Torkoal, being a pure Fire-type, should not be Fighting-type in the TCG. It's possible that the creator of this card mistook Torkoal for a dual-type Fire/Ground or Fire/Rock.
Origin
Amnesia and Body Slam are both moves in the Pokémon games that Torkoal can learn.
