Torkoal is a non-player character in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2. He is first met when the player and their partner clear Waterfall Cave for the first time. They wash up at the Hot Spring and meet Torkoal, the town elder, who is relaxing there. Later in the game, he comes to the Wigglytuff Guild and tells the Guild about a pattern. After that, he examines the partner's Relic Fragment. After that, he can only be found in the Hot Spring. He is the town elder and the wisest of all Pokémon there.
