Thick Fat (Japanese: あついしぼう Thick Fat) is an Ability introduced in Generation III. Nineteen Pokémon have this Ability, many of which already possess types that make Ice-type and Fire-type moves ineffective.
Effect
In battle
Thick Fat gives the user heat and cold protection, therefore halving the power of Ice-type and Fire-type moves.
Outside of battle
