Parameter 1 is the abbreviation of your time.
Parameter 2 is the name of the time you are using.
The name of the time you entered in Parameter 2 will automatically show an equivalent UTC number on the right.
Parameter 3 is for users that put a name of the time on Parameter 2 without an equivalent UTC number. To solve this, please put the UTC number of your time (such as +11, -4, and +5). Don't forget to put "unknown" or "undefined" on Parameter 4.
