* '''Zekrom''' (Japanese: '''ゼクロム''' ''Zekrom'') is a dual-type {{t|Dragon}}/{{t|Electric}} [[legendary Pokémon]]. It is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon. Zekrom is the [[version mascot]] of {{game|White}}, appearing on the boxart.
* This card was one of the first six {{TCG|Pokémon-EX}} cards released in English within the {{TCG|Next Destinies}} expansion. It was released in the {{TCG|Reshiram EX Battle Strength Deck}} in Japan.
* Along with {{p|Reshiram}} and {{p|Kyurem}}, it is a member of the [[Tao trio]], which exists in the legends of the [[Unova]] region.

* This card was given a currently English exclusive {{TCG|Full Art card}} not yet released in Japan.
* It made its debut in a cameo in the opening of ''[[BW001|In The Shadow of Zekrom!]]''. Zekrom made its full appearance later where it appeared above the skies of [[Nuvema Town]], its huge lightning bolt zapped {{AP|Pikachu}} making it unable to use its electricity.
* The regular print features artwork by [[Shizurow]], while the Full Art print features artwork by [[5ban Graphics]].
* A {{mov|Zekrom|Zekrom|14}} appeared in ''[[M14|Black—Victini and Reshiram]]'' and ''[[M14|White—Victini and Zekrom]]''. In the former, it is controlled by [[Damon]], while in the latter, it is controlled by {{Ash}}. Along with {{mov|Reshiram|Reshiram|14}}, Zekrom can speak through telepathy.  
* It will be reprinted as a promotional card in the EX Tins releasing March 2012.
