So far, I've caught a bunch of pikachu here that know thundershock, growl and tail whip, at lvls 9 and 10. They were also holding berries. But, when I took one of these pikachu into the forest, I caught one at lvl 12 that knows volt tackle, fake out, thundershock and growl. I don't think that the fact that I brought my pikachu in had any effect on this, though. I also found a light ball in the dowsing game. Still no flying one, but if I find one I'll post about it.
