The part on here about 'buffet' refering to how it strikes its forehead...I don't think that's true. The image I get is one of those blow-up punching bags with sand in the bottom, and no matter how hard you hit it, it just pops back up.

I don't know if there is a separate name for it (different than simply "punching bag"), though, so I just linked to the Wikipedia article on "punching bag." Nothing seems to really mention a common theory of Wobbuffet - that the actual body itself is a fake (since it's a blow-up doll) and Wobbuffet itself is actually just the tail, hence why Wobbuffet hangs around in dark places to disguise its tail and why it uses Destiny Bond when the tail is attacked. Tadpole shaped, the body can take any kind of blow but one touch of the tail and the thing shatters? Kind of like the Pokedex entries for Wobbuffet suggest? Maybe explains why the body takes so much but the tail can't? I think Wobbuffet is a combination of things, like other Pokemon and that the punching bag stuff is still relevant. What do you think

So I didn't want to randomly edit this in the main page incase it was omitted for some reason but the game where Wobbuffet says 'that's right' is probably the same as it saying its name, only directly translated into English instead of using the English name. Wobbuffet's original Japanese name is Sounansu, right? (Or in katakana syllables, so-nansu). Sou nan'su is a slangy way of contracting the Japanese phrase 'sou nan desu' which means 'that's right'. Today with the new update, a new sprite of Wobbufet was introduced to shuffle (Its female version).
However, this sprite is not yet available for use on the wiki. Would somebody be able to upload the sprite, so that I can correctly update the spin-off data?

Shuffle Sprite

Today with the new update, a new sprite of Wobbufet was introduced to shuffle (Its female version). However, this sprite is not yet available for use on the wiki.
