First off, this is the first time I've started a page (talk or not), so forgive me if I didn't do it right, but I didn't see any instructions on how to do it anywhere after looking. >.> This page has been bugging me for a while given there's multiple issues with it, but I have no idea how to rectify the main one. It should not list the Stadium rule since it isn't one. And the Trivia that it works in the same way as Gust of Wind is ridiculous. Aside from being bursts of wind and normal Trainer cards, they're nothing alike. It should perhaps mention Tool Scrapper, though. I know I could have changed this aspect myself, but I figure two changes at once are probably better than two seperate ones. :I have a bit of an idea how those errors happened (or, at least, the Stadium one). Most of the templates here for cards are copy pasted from other cards, from what I can tell from the edit history, the person who did it did not make the appropriate changes when moving it to this page. I'm sad that this error has been there for such a long time though. Thanks for the catch. (BTW, the way you did a talk page was fine. Feel free to do it again if you find any more errors.
