Set items groups for boxes?

While I know that often the items in the deluxe boxes at the ends of the dungeons are the same, I don't think the boxes you get from the enemy Pokémon carry the exact same set of items. ~Toastypk - ^Loom. 18:25, 17 July 2008 (UTC)

There does seem to be at least some thematic restrictions on what can appear in them. To what extent those restrictions apply, I'm not sure. Sailorleo 21:37, 17 July 2008 (UTC)

As far as I can tell, it's always been a random box type that gives a random reward, I've never seen a pattern except for the Deluxe Boxes at the ends of the dungeons. Maybe we should just keep that whole part out for the moment. ~Toastypk - ^Loom. 23:15, 17 July 2008 (UTC)

I'm going to procede on the assumption that there are restrictions, and if any generalizations do show themselves I'll seperate them out into the header section. One generalization I have a strong suscpicion about is that all boxes can produce any comestible. I think the restrictions are only on held items and trade items. Sailorleo 23:37, 18 July 2008 (UTC)

Problem

I found a Grotle claw in a cute box. I've been playing trough updating this page as i go but i found an item in a cute box that apparently should be in a dainty box, in not sure what we should do... it could be a one of as Ive not had it happen before and I've opened a lot of boxes --—Mada-sama (Talk to me!)— 00:42, 4 March 2009 (UTC)

Many items can appear in more than one box. I have a strong suspicion that all gummis and common seeds and common held items can appear in any box. Sailorleo 22:44, 2 May 2009 (UTC)

Images

I cleaned up the treasure box images, but I have no idea which one is which. There seem to be three types: a golden one with green borders, a red one with gray borders, and a blue one with gray borders. Deluxe Box fail

When I go to the end of a special dungeon (take Landslide Cave, for example) for the second time, collect the Deluxe Boxes, and bring them to Xatu, they usually just contain Heal Seeds. --Mathfreak231 (talk) 01:59, 22 January 2013 (UTC)

Move proposal
