New Site

I will create a page for 'List of Trainer Tips' for each specific games. But this list, I will not delete the parts for Diamond & Pearl, in case Bulbapedia deletes the page I created. Type in: List of trainer tips (Diamond/Pearl) --Ruixiang95 09:48, 21 January 2009 (UTC)

Editing things earlier

Sorry for earlier but i think those games without trainer tips, don't need to write. I will include more Trainer Tips. You don't edit the text but only the links and templates, I had got the games and I copied it from the games to this site. Move?

Someone suggested that we move this page to Trainer Tip. I disagree and think that it should stay where it's at. Currently, all the page really is is a list. It only has one introductory sentence and then lists all the Trainer Tips like any other list page. Even if we were to move it, I'm more in support of calling the new page Trainer Tips instead. I know we prefer the singular form of words for pages, but to my knowledge, all the Trainer Tips in-game are preceded by the text "Trainer Tips" (which also, should that be added to the page somewhere?). I've never seen anything refer to a single "Trainer Tip." Any thoughts? slimey01 14:16, 12 August 2015 (UTC)

I originally added templates in favor of moving it to either "List of Trainer Tips" or "Trainer Tips"; in either case, "List of Trainer tips" is incorrect. In my opinion, having a "List of x" without a page for "x" is pointless, as the information on "what is x?" is going to still be on "List of x" anyways. --Abcboy (talk) 23:09, 12 August 2015 (UTC)

Fair enough. I can see your point. I just feel like there should be more information on it to move it away from the "list" title, but I don't really know what to add. And I definitely agree that "Tips" should be capitalized--I meant to mention that but forgot. slimey01 02:12, 13 August 2015 (UTC)
