Yes however there are 2 possible ID's for it, 1 being the US relase and 1 being the Euro release. Keirou 01:27, 17 March 2008 (UTC)

My shiny Charizard that I got from a Japanese game and traded to my English Emerald game, then later migrated to my Pearl game, has an ID number of 00000. Is that extremely rare? or was this pokemon gotten by cheating??Shadow lucario 19:59, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
