Tracey is hated?

Should the reason why Tracey was concieved be mentioned in the Article?

Ok, in light of the Interview with Masamitsu Hidaka about two days ago, he mentioned that the reason why they created Tracey was as a safeguard should Brock be bashed for being a racist character, and since the fanbase's reaction towards Brock was very good in america, they decided to bring Brock back. Should this be mentioned in the article, or at least Brock's article? I mean, the GS ball was allowed in, why not this?

BTW, I'm only allowing the Brock/Tracey thing in because they cover the past. If this was happening in the present or especially the future, I can't add it in since he doesn't really have any influence towards the show as of right now, and besides which, unless I'm mistaken, he doesn't even work on Pokémon anymore.

You just said on Misty's talk page that Hidaka is just an animator and he isn't important. So when he's not talking about your favorite character not coming back you find what he says worthy? And how is Brock a racist character? This sounds more far fetched than the interview about Misty.

Also, Brock's influence on America had NOTHING to do with him coming back. He was already back in the anime BEFORE America knew he was gone. Remember, the airing came one year after the original Japanese date, therefore the American fans probably knew nothing about it do to the lack of Internet activity at the time.
