:I'm just wondering if it's even neccessary to say if she's "the late Donna Summer". We don't talk about "the late [[Maddie Blaustein]]", do we? Herman Cain quote

So I was watching this segment from The Rachel Maddow Show that talked about presidential candidate Herman Cain. In one of his speeches he said he was quoting a poet when he said the following:

Life can be a challenge. Life can seem impossible. But it's never easy when so much is on the line.

Rachel Maddow also pointed out how the quote was taken directly from The Power of One and not a poet. I was wondering if it would be notable for trivia. I find this pretty interesting. You can see a clip of his speech for reference. --ケンジガール 07:29, 7 November 2011 (UTC)

I think it could be interesting to add, as it's not every day a Pokémon movie ends up getting referenced in such a way. --The Great Butler 08:28, 7 November 2011 (UTC)

With all this attention, does anyone know who actually wrote the lyrics (and/or music)? Or do we only know the performer? Dogman15 19:53, 8 December 2011 (UTC)

Question

The article states the song is sung by Donna Summer who died yesterday (may 17th, 2012) in her Florida Keys Home of Cancer.

Should it be changed to sung by the late Donna Summer ? I ask because I'm not sure if that is appropriate for this site or not. I mean considering its target audience is children. Yamitora1 13:14, 18 May 2012 (UTC)

I'm just wondering if it's even neccessary to say if she's "the late Donna Summer". We don't talk about "the late Maddie Blaustein", do we? --ZestyCactus 18:40, 22 December 2012 (UTC)
