Rules

Are the rules and policies on the Pokémon Wiki same or different than ours? I saw that a bunch of Pokémon that weren't notable in getting their own articles ended up getting them, such as Paul's Hariyama and some Pokémon belonging to Characters of the day. PattyMan 20:41, 16 January 2012 (UTC)

Since we are a diffrent wiki we do have diffrent rules and policies. I don't think another wiki (excpecially Pokemon Wiki) should influence the way the rules are here already. Note that many of their Pokemon pages like Paul's Hariyama has little to no information in it either. --Pokemaster97 21:06, 16 January 2012 (UTC)
From what I've seen, they really have no notability policy. People are free to make whatever they want in regards to anime characters. The thing there aren't that many people who want to contribute to it. And the ones they pick to work on are sometimes not as notable as another they decided not to work on. It's sort of random what they make. --ケンジガール 03:41, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
Well, that explains the lack of information in some of their pages. Also, some of that information matched serebii's. I know we're not allowed to copy content from him but are they? PattyMan 18:46, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
Bulbapedia has nothing to do with The Pokemon Wiki. We are in no way connected. What they do is up to them, as long as they don't steal our content. ☆The Solar Dragon☆ 18:48, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
