::Not that it would be impossible to get this move to be a STAB. You'd need to sketch it to a Smeargle, and then use it. Then it would gain stab from Smeargle as long as Smeargle’s type is still normal and not affected by a type changing move like Conversion and that the Smeargle does not hold a Cassette. The Smeargle could of course hold a Cassette, but then the added step of changing Smeargle's type to match the Cassette somehow comes into affect as well as having the move Techno Buster sketched. Anyway you do it, there is a way of getting it as a STAB move, a convoluted way at that.
