Debuts

Murkrow's debut was in VS Quilava, like its said on here, but, because Kingdra use to be Green's, it first debuted in Cloystered. Unless we're going with when it debuted WITH Silver, in that case VS Tyranitar is correct. Also, Totodile appeared VERY briefly (like in one frame) in VS Murkrow, so shouldn't that probably count as its debut? I'd edit it, but it's locked so I can't.

Also, Sneasel briefly appeared in Hoothoot Time. I'll go fix that on its page but could one of you who have the power to edit this one fix it here?.--Skystar 13:34, 17 February 2010 (UTC)

Yes. But the HGSS chapter hasn't started yet, all we have is preview pages. We will update the Pokémon when the rounds are published, same way we only update anime evolutions when the episode airs. --electAbuzzzz 15:18, 27 February 2010 (UTC)

The HGSS chapter HAS started in the magazines. It took over Grade Four of CoroCoro (which screws over both the DP chapter and the Pt Chapter, both of which are "to be continued in the comics") and will also be in CoroCoro Ichiban starting at the end of March. Currently, there is only one round though. However, Amibpom, Weavile and Honchkrow were all shown. However, its not mention when Ambipom evolved and its only scene takes place at the beginning of the round while facing Arceus, which takes place a few weeks after the incident in the Whirl Islands, where Silver's two evolved, so Aipom may evolve during the chapter but as of now it HAS evolved. Can this page, Gold's Page and Silver's Sneasel page and Ataro's page please be un-protected? It has started and I don't see why it can't be open for edits. Yes, Crys's page should stay protected for the time being, but Silver and Gold's shouldn't be.--Skystar 19:49, 1 March 2010 (UTC)

Silver's Age in HG/SS Manga.

I'm not sure if it's been completely confirmed but some pages here on Bulbapedia and Serebii's page for Silver say in the HG/SS Manga he is now sixteen years old, shouldn't his age be changed? Or do we need to wait for his age to be specifically stated in a chapter of the Manga (well, the Manga when it comes out)? - Takoto 00:22, 1 March 2010 (UTC)

We're waiting for, at the very least, the HeartGold & SoulSilver chapter to officially start its serialization before adjusting anything. For all we know, one of them could have a birthday within a round, and Crystal (complete with HeartGold and SoulSilver makeover) is the one throwing the surprise party. --Shiningpikablu252 02:38, 1 March 2010 (UTC)

Silver's name and handkerchief

Silver always had his handkerchief on him while under the Masked Man and a flashback shows Green looking at it; Green called him Silver because of his eyes and his handkerchief; it wasn't a coincidence. I'm deleting the trivia. TheViolentTomboy

About Silver's blood type

It says in the trivia that it is impossible for a parent with blood type O (Giovanni) to have a child with blood type AB (Silver), but it is possible if the other parent's blood type is Cis AB (it's a rare variant of the AB blood type, Wikipedia page here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cis_AB ). I know that Silver's mother is never mentioned (so obviously we can't know her blood type), but if her blood type was Cis AB, it would be possible for Silver to have blood type AB while being Giovanni's son. (Then he's blood type would be Cis AB too.) Shouldn't the trivia be removed, or this written instead? LiaCooper (talk) 09:14, 19 March 2014 (UTC)

Rhyperior's Nature
