:::I believe that, in "reality", these spikes are only out when the Silcoon or Cascoon is clinging to a tree, since that is what they are for. According to the Trivia, Silcoon can learn Bug Bite when it evolves from Wurmple in Platinum. If this is true, then can someone add a "By Evolving" title or something. I shouldn't - I'm a rookie, and may upset someone by doing it wrong...

Spikes

In all pictures I've seen Silcoon and Cascoon has spikes while the Pokémon that May and Jessie owned has none. Can anyone explain this to me. Laxafett 13:31, 30 May 2009(UTC)
