It's a difficult one to call, but if we call Return Lopunny's signiture move (and Frustration Buneary's), would we not then have to do the same with other examples. E.g. Vigoroth is the only Pokémon that can learn Focus Punch by leveling, but a substaintial amount can learn it through TM01 in Generations III and IV. Tricky when you look at it, huh? Do we really need that big list for Gen II? - Chosen

Any Pokémon that can learn TMs can learn Return and Frustration. It's always been that way, and I think it's safe to assume it'll always be that way (unless they decide to pull another Regigigas on us with them like they did with Rest and Protect...). Missingno. Master 10:55, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

Japanese name

おんがえし (恩返し) does not simply mean return. I think it would be worthwhile to point out that it means repaying a favor/kindness, which makes more sense in relation to the move than the current vague translation IMHO.
