Two HeartGold and Soul Silver books

Something to bring up is that for HeartGold and SoulSilver it looks like Prima will be doing the same thing with Diamond and Pearl and release a second guide designed for the Pokédex entries and such. I learned this link from Amazon [1]. I also did some checking and confirmed the official title as Pokemon Heart Gold Soul Silver Pokedex: Prima Official Game Guide (Paperback), as well as that this books' ISBN number is different from the one being released with both versions.

If all of this pans out then this second book will be released on April 20th. While this obviously should not be posted on the article for this page yet, I just want to bring the heads up of this important subject. -Tyler53841 03:18, 19 January 2010 (UTC)

Why no other guides

Why are there no other guides mentioned, especially the Nintendo Power ones, which i'm pretty sure were more official then Prima. Morgil27 00:13, 10 February 2010 (UTC)

Prima's are labeled with a Nintendo seal. Not to mention Nintendo Power never covers the whole game, they barely even cover a fraction of the game. --HoennMaster 03:59, 10 February 2010 (UTC)

Nut they are published by Nintendo. Does that not scream official? Morgil27 19:01, 23 February 2010 (UTC)

Don't insult me, maybe you should try re-reading my statement because I never said Nintendo Power wasn't official. I just said we use Prima's because they are official via Nintendo and Nintendo Power never comes the whole game. Try reading before throwing unneeded insults. --HoennMaster 21:57, 23 February 2010 (UTC)
What do you mean "Nintendo Power never covers the whole game"? The Nintendo Power guides were just as complete as the Prima ones, if not more so. Why shouldn't Nintendo Power guides get a page? Pokemega32 02:55, 7 March 2012 (UTC)

Split

I'm in favour of a split. I always thought it was awfully silly to have one cluttered article for all the guides. --ZestyCactus 03:03, 6 June 2013 (UTC)

Testing Page. we should also create articles for Nintendo Power, BradyGames and Versus Books. -Pokeant (talk) 07:54, 9 September 2013 (UTC)
