Bulbapedia needs MUCH more info on this game. At the very least, articles on Poké Assist and Field moves.- unsigned comment from Zurqoxn (talkcontribs)

Sadly, not a lot of people in the bulbagarden community bought the game. Myself included. --Zeta 03:38, 11 May 2007 (UTC)

Elita as part of the original team?

I can't remember Elita being mentioned as part of the same ranger team as Spenser, Joel, and Cameron. When do they say this? I thought it was only the three guys together. --Johans 16:33, 17 May 2007 (UTC)

Salamence

I got the game yesterday and I'm at the part where you have to fight salamence. I realy need help defeating it.

If you're having trouble with Salamence, you're gonna REALLY hate Charizard. --DarkfireTaimatsu 03:34, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

Circle Salamence once, then, while it is in the air, circle it very quickly 22 times. Oh, and I HATE Charizard. It took me 28 times to finally get the freakin thing. Luckily, during my second Charizard battle I had a Poliwhirl (Thought it still took me 4 times). - Jonah 03:40, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

Salamence and Charizard are garbage! Try catching Steelix. It will kill you it you touch it, and Minun/Plusle's discharge is useless against it.
Tch, Charizard was much easier than the Salamence. I found that Flygon was the hardest. Too fast, plus the fact you can't use Minun/Plusle on it... 486TESH377TALK378FUN379 15:37, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
Flygon was easy, just wait till it slows down, than 5 easy loops. Much harder than 21!
I found them all easy. I got Salamence lucky. Flygon's just balls. Kingdra's the pits. Steelix...pain in the neck. Killed it with a Sneasel. :/ Optimatum♏Talk|12:24 5 Apr 2008

Australia Release Date?

Shouldn't it say "It was released in australia in 2006... Etc."? Nivomi 15:40, 14 October 2007 (UTC)

A main series of it's own?

Look at this: now that there are two games in the Ranger line, Ranger might be a series of it's own, and not a spin-off as it is reffered to.

Disambiguation and redirects

I think with the sequel and numerous characters "Pokémon Ranger" can refer to, searches for it ought to redirect to the disambiguation page. I can't figure out how to change this myself. Also, "Pokemon Ranger" and "Pokémon Ranger" redirect here, while "pokémon ranger" redirects to Pokémon_Ranger_(trainer_class).

If no one objects, I am going to change this page to "Pokémon Ranger (game)", and the disambiguation page to "Pokémon Ranger", since I finally found the page that lists what links to here. Question is, there are about 500 links, mostly through the Pokédex. Can I get Bulbabot to fix those at least? I'll also fix the redirects and see if there's any other misguided links. I know I found at least one but I wasn't able to get around to editing it yet. Thanks. Dragoness 00:10, 3 January 2009 (UTC)
