I run a pokémon league and it's not 100% TCG-only. Modern leagues offer the same perks for playing the videogames?

Also, booster packs are no longer rewarded - instead a choice of one of the two promo cards for that season, where each player can earn a maximum up to four cards of that one card. When two sides of the league season card is all filled in, the player receives a DSLite decal - but this is only available every other season.
Booster packs are rewarded to players who participate in the rewards program. Player must have an active OP account, have rewards set "on" and must participate in a number of pokemon organized play events to get rewards based on their participation (5,10,15 POP booster packs).
