Unlimited second chances to snag the Pokemon?
Various websites, people and Bulbapedia state that some of the snaggable Pokemon can have second chances if you happen to miss snagging them. I do know those include Bayleef, Quilava, Croconaw and Hitmontop if I recall correctly. I'm just wondering though, do all of the snaggable Pokemon offer second chances at snagging them, and if so, do they offer unlimited tries of snagging them if you happen to miss them the second time? I think this should be detailed whether or not that applies in this article... Mudkipchan 00:47, 16 April 2010 (UTC)
:Yes, you do get unlimited chances to make the snag, and this applies to every single shadow Pokémon.  Do note that some trainers relocate for different battles.  For example, if you fail to snag from a Cipher Admin the first time, the second try is at Realgam Tower; fail there and you'll have to go to Deep Colosseum to make the snag, where you'll have as many attempts as you need as long as you can cycle through.  --Shiningpikablu252 02:53, 16 April 2010 (UTC)

Deoxys Formes
From what I've seen, Deoxys only appears in its Normal Forme in Colosseum. I have a couple of questions, though:
*If it comes from a GBA game, do its stats stay the same? (E.g. A Deoxys from FireRed keeps Attack Forme's stats)
**If yes, is the Speed Forme compatible since Emerald came about a year after Colosseum?
*If it's traded to Colosseum, would its stats change to the Normal Forme's? (I think so, but want to make sure.) MagicBarrier 16:40, 2 August 2010 (UTC)
Pokemon Colosseum Rerun
I have dug up my Gamecube and Pokemon Colosseum game, and I plan on playing it through again. However, this time I would like to gather up as much information as I possibly can while doing so. It seems that many of the articles on Colosseum are lacking a substantial amount of information, as opposed to the GB-line of games. This is the primary reason I am going to record everything I come by, whether I would be proof-reading what is already on Bulbapedia, or adding something for the first time.
I have looked through the current articles on Colosseum, many of these being mixed with XD (which I may get to after I am done with Colosseum), and I have figured that the most important topics to record are:
*Characters - to record information on all characters in the game, as in what they do, their importance, what they look like, and so on, as demonstrated by the Colosseum Characters category.
*Locations - to record all locations, including cities/towns, and key areas, as demonstrated by the Colosseum Locations category.
*Pokemon - to record all Pokemon available through normal means of finishing the game (e.g. snag-able Pokemon).
*Trainers - to record the names and locations of trainers, rewards they give, Pokemon they have, the moves these Pokemon have, and so on...
Is there anything else I should be looking for? I am not interested in the topics such as prizes that can be redeemed via Poké Coupons, for example - as these can easily be recorded after the game has already been completed. I would rather focus on collecting information on the topics that grow throughout the storyline, as they change while progressing through the game, and usually become irreversible in that sense. Locations may fall under the former category, but while immersed in the storyline of Pokemon Colosseum, I will be in a more appropriate mindset for writing up information on locations as the story flows along (it should be a good escape from the monotonous work of recording the more statistical data).
Does anyone have any comments, ideas, or anything at all to add? I would just like to get some opinions and whatnot so I can make this project as productive as possible. Thank you.

Main series?
Do Colosseum and XD qualify as main series games? I've seen them referred to as both, even within Bulbapedia, so I was wondering. (Or does this need to be on another talk page?) Ikarishipper900 02:46, 17 June 2011 (UTC)

Ah, also, don't you think the information on the effectiveness of purification methods against the various types of Natures might be important? We can't very well add this informatioin to the Shadow Pokemon page yet, since it could change in Pokemon XD.--ANinyMouse 23:17, 12 Jul 2005 (UTC)
