You have to give it to the customer with a Patrat (the guy appears on Thursday where the waitress who gave you the Hanky and many other customers appear. | |||
On the Sunday after you give the customer his Grubby Hanky, you need to talk to the waitress who gave it to you and you get a Fluffy Tail. | |||

Grubby Hanky notes
Receiving date for Grubby Hanky is Sunday (waitress w/Pansage gives it to you). You have to give it to the customer with a Patrat (the guy appears on Thursday where the waitress who gave you the Hanky and many other customers appear. On the Sunday after you give the customer his Grubby Hanky, you need to talk to the waitress who gave it to you and you get a Fluffy Tail.
