Example of page with standard formatting: "Octazooka inflicts damage and has a 50% chance to lower the target's Accuracy by one stage." The wording in most other articles is incredibly specific. I've been going through all the moves and putting them in an Excel file, so when I came across this one, I noticed immediately is wasn't as specific. So, it is 100% likely (which is assumed if there is no listed percent) and it lowers it by one stage? I think I'll edit it, then.
