Why is the party of some of those Glitch Trainers known, but not the reward you get if you defeat them? I mean, does the game freeze, you get no reward or are you just naturally not able to defeat them (like the trainer with the six Lv.207 Ho-Oh´s)? It was a long time that I had to update this list, but unfortunately I was able to just today. Yes, many glitch Trainers haven't a reward because they're actually too hard to defeat, though they don't freeze the game. I'll try anyway to list the rewards of these glitch Trainers even if it won't be easy. Also, I've changed the definition of "This Trainer can be defeated", to not make confusion, because before the meaning was "The game won't freeze" and now it's "The player can defeat this Trainer without cheating". --Glitchchampion 16:40, 27 February 2012 (UTC)

Unown

Which Unown do the glitch Trainers use? Are they the ones that correspond to your glitch Unown? --SnorlaxMonster 12:27, 11 April 2012 (UTC)

The glitch Trainers use the legit Unown with the form of the letter "R". It isn't influenced by the glitch Unown displayed in the UnownDex and the glitch Trainers don't use any other type of Unown, unfortunately.--Glitchchampion 14:02, 17 April 2012 (UTC)

Undocumented Trainer?

I remember this being the glitch that pretty much wrecked my Pokemon Gold. Anyway, when I went to Trainer House, rather than meeting Cal, I meet up with B, which is pretty much the Lv.0 Primape. While this may suggest that I may have been a side-effect of bad-cloning (although I'll admit, I did switch it off on accident when moving Pokemon w/o mail IIRC), I return later to find out that my mailbox has the glitch mail by Green (which I thought was part of the story due to the fact I didn't know how to get past Snorlax. =) ) and I return to TH, to find out that a new trainer without a name wanted to battle (I tested this occasionally, and it sometimes sent me to the glitch dimension) and I looked it up on this page and he wasn't documented. Here's the Pokemon he had:

Mewtwo (Lv.20) - He had three moves, but I only remember two of them: Drill Peck and Peck.

Natu (Lv.133) - There wasn't even a Natu on this page.

Chikorita (Lv.1)

Bulbasaur (Lv.0)

Bulbasaur (Lv.0) - 'Froze' the game in a similar way to the Primape mentioned above.

Bulbasaur (Lv.0) - See above.

TL;DR I've found a trainer that isn't documented on this page. Can anyone confirm that this trainer exists or it isn't just that my save was screwed up?

It's also worth mentioning that there was an Exp.Share in Mystery Gift waiting for me, despite the fact I never used it. This confirms that it's most likely the Unown Method, but at that time, I hadn't encountered an Unown on the game, I got it later.

The glitch Trainers that are listed here can only be found if the player intentionally corrupts the game's RAM, registering a glitch Unown and causing an error. It is more likely that the Trainer House has been corrupted by the bad cloning, since both Primeape and the word "GREEN" are associated to value 39, which is known to be written in the RAM after an unexpected game crash. The second glitch Trainer and the glitch Mystery Gift could be caused by the glitch mails: In fact, if they are displayed, they can change randomly the Trainer House and the Mystery Gift data.
