GameFreak goofed again. You can teach Lickitung Rollout in Emerald via the move tutor in Mauville :S MK 11:18, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
So? I have no idea why they're so obsessed with trying to fit new evolutions and pre-evolutions in with continuity. You may as well complain about how weird it is that you can't evolve a Golbat until after beating the Elite 4 in FRLG. --Zeta 17:33, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
Oh, I know with all the new moves, abilities, and even the physical/special/other move split, and with the Golbat et al thing, that continuity is a joke in the games, but it annoys me that they even try. Why didn't Eevee's grass evo use the Leaf Stone? It seems to me their continuity is very selective. MK 18:29, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
Probably because the didn't have an ice evouloutionary stone. Of course they could of made a Freeze stone or something like that. They could of even used the Dawn Stone. - Count Caterpie
