Poliwhirl
Using the Good Rod, I've only encountered lv 35 Poliwhirl (which at first I thought was a rare event but seven or so down the line, that's all there was). Has anyone ever seen a lv 25 Poliwhirl with the Good Rod? They're still lv 35 using the Super Rod (and so is Whiscash), Poliwag are still lv 15 with the Old Rod, and Barboach are lv 25 with the Good Rod.
