Meowth toy

The information on the Meowth toy is not entirely correct. The only one I have any experience with speaks in the voice of Nathan Price, with several lines taken from early episodes of the show, including "Meowth!", "And just remember, I'm the top cat!", "We just went from 'worst' to 'first'!", "Not as cute as Meowth!" and "Meowth, that's right!" Hmm, odd. The one I got (and I definitely know that one was American-released since it had the American packaging) definitely had the Japanese voice (I even wondered whether that was what that toy magazine I had that talked about some of the Pokémon Hasbro toys meant by it "talking trash."). Guess quality control was asleep on the switch with that one. Weedle Mchairybug (talk) 17:23, 22 October 2017 (UTC)
I can confirm I have the rare English-speaking version, which I got as a Christmas present in 2000. Before that I had only seen and heard the Japanese-speaking version. Perhaps the English version was much later in the production run. I uploaded a video of it on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=usuH1Ez2WfI --Wile_e2005 (talk) 19:39, 14 July 2020 (UTC)

I remember to have that Meowth toy as a kid. When I first have that toy, he speaks in his Japanese voice. The second Meowth toy I got years ago speaks in the English voice. Currently, I no longer have those. ~☆TheShinyMew Gives All...☆~
