Take it up with an admin. Based on the information in the article as you wrote it, Ataro said "there's nothing notable about it", but if the situation changes or you can find more/better information about it, I imagine a second consideration could be made. I don't think a deletion is necessary, as redirects are useful. (PS. Please don't use <! > hide tags on a talk page. If someone doesn't intend to hit "Edit" and respond, they won't see potentially relevant information, and even if they do respond, they won't necessarily be looking at your wikicode and could still miss it.)
