Find grimer via surfing?

I recntly just found out that you can catch grimer by SURFING in cealadon city in HG/SS http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ojLo773tMXg&feature=sub Its att 1:48 through 2:07 - unsigned comment from Rocket Base (talk • contribs)

Locating Grimer in HeartGold % SoulSilver Says to be found in Routes 16, 17, and 18, Celadon City. Both games are based in Johto and these routes are in Kanto.

R/B/R(Ja)/G sprite
