Japanese version Hex: DC evolving into Mew without needing specific VRAM data

If it has the same Hexidecimal Identifier as Glitch (DC), then isn't it essentially the Pokémon Red and Green Equivalent of Glitch (DC) and PkMn (DC)? If so, then Project Gitchdex needs to do more research on the Japanese games (especially Red and Green, they are glitchy as hell), and then document the glitches and Glitch Pokémon into their own group that is titled "List of Glitch Pokémon in Pokémon Red and Green". How is Glitch (DC)'s Category listed if you can't see its Pokédex entry? Do you have a datamine that you can look at, or do you get this info from Glitch City Laboratories?
