I think the Pokémon occurrence rates for Good Rod fishing in FR/LG are incorrect. Currently, the rates mentioned are:
*Poliwag: 60%
*Goldeen: 20%
*Magikarp: 20%
I'm playing LeafGreen and fished 50 times using a Good Rod. The Pokémon and the rates I encountered are: Goldeen 27, Magikarp 11, Poliwag 12 for a total of 50 tries. I comes roughly to:
*Goldeen: 60%
*Magikarp: 20%
*Poliwag: 20%
I'm not changing the percentages in the page because only 50 tries are not enough to confirm the rates. If someone else tries another 100-200 times, please add my encounter rates to your total to check the percentages. <br /> [[User:Ishu bagaria|Ishu bagaria]] ([[User talk:Ishu bagaria|talk]]) 19:45, 6 September 2015 (UTC)

Is it Fuchsia or Fuschia?--Misty-May-Dawn rulz 18:23, 21 August 2008 (UTC)

Fishing in Fuchsia.

I was fishing in the small lake in central Fuchsia city in Pokemon Yellow and, with a Good Rod, I managed to hook both a Goldeen and Poliwag, which were not currently listed as being accessible in Yellow in this article. Yeah man 21:18, 15 December 2008 (UTC)

I think the Pokémon occurrence rates for Good Rod fishing in FR/LG are incorrect. Currently, the rates mentioned are:

  • Poliwag: 60%
  • Goldeen: 20%
  • Magikarp: 20%

I'm playing LeafGreen and fished 50 times using a Good Rod. The Pokémon and the rates I encountered are: Goldeen 27, Magikarp 11, Poliwag 12 for a total of 50 tries. I comes roughly to:

  • Goldeen: 60%

  • Poliwag: 20%

I'm not changing the percentages in the page because only 50 tries are not enough to confirm the rates. If someone else tries another 100-200 times, please add my encounter rates to your total to check the percentages.

Technically, only Celadon requires Cut to actually be used. Move Deleter

I made an edit to the Move Deleter section to make it more accurate. In FireRed at least, the move deleter was next to the pokemon center and not the warden's house, and also, I managed to delete all HM moves without having another pokemon knowing them. --Mordarto 20:24, 3 September 2009 (UTC)

You can put that in your edit summary, you know. And regarding the move deleter... you can't delete HMs in the field to prevent getting locked in. As long as you have another Pokémon able to learn the HM, you are able to delete the HM via move tutor even if it is the only Pokémon that knows it. —darklordtrom 07:03, 4 September 2009 (UTC)
