Fearow's beak

I was just wondering, is it possible for fearow's beak to rotate? Because it can learn attacks like drill run, drill peck, etc. Karnik555 19:29, 8 July 2011 (UTC)

It doesn't really rotate its beak, but spins itself, as you can see here.--Den Zen 19:32, 8 July 2011 (UTC)
