Gen ||&||| sprites?

I wanted to add that it's Gen ||| back sprite is a revamp of it's Gen || BS, but it's locked. Could someone please edit this? IanM626 02:31, 11 August 2010 (UTC)

False swipe?

Why is it listed twice in DP i know one is supposed to be platinum but which? Atomix26 01:28, 28 October 2008 (UTC)

Fixed using Serebii. Good catch. --Raijinili 03:03, 28 October 2008 (UTC)

Used to have stripes?

Really? I can still see them in Gen IV... am I the only one who can see them? The Dark Fiddler - Smarter than the average bear! 01:58, 15 December 2008 (UTC)

From my point of view which nobody gives a !@#$ about, that is a shading effect--The Kkllnnator サンタクロース 01:59, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
Its actually the shine on its feathers. --PsychicRider 02:00, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
I don't know if it can be shading effects, in the front sprites, the lights parts are under some feathers, which should technically make it darker, not lighten it. And as for the shine of feathers, I don't know, maybe... The Dark Fiddler - Smarter than the average bear! 02:02, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
Adding onto that (not really), I can't see them in Gen III either, nor in the official FR/LG artwork.--The Kkllnnator サンタクロース 02:04, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
I can see them in R/S/E, but not in FR/LG... Hmm... seems more like it was dropped in FR/LG, but brought back and moved to the tips in D/P/Pt. The Dark Fiddler - Smarter than the average bear! 02:06, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
The coloring on the ends of its wings in D/P/Pt just look like light hitting them. It looks more like stripes on the rest of them. --いぬみみ 02:46, 15 December 2008 (UTC)

Can't live without it's stick?

If it can't live without it's stick, how come we can remove the item Stick from it and have it be ok? Dolphins_are_awesome! 17:29, 31 December 2008 (UTC)

well, i guess its because the sprite shows it holding one all the time. Idk.--KK Happy new year! 17:34, 31 December 2008 (UTC)
Maybe if it loses its stick, it goes into a state of mental shock and has a heart attack? That, or giving it the item means it now carries around TWO sticks. Dual-wielding ninja-duck! The Dark Fiddler - Nos hablamos? 15:23, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
It'll have cardiac arrest..... It's because without the stick it has nothing else to defend itself so without it it'll have to jump off a cliff it'll be an easy target for predators.--Force Fire talk 15:28, 4 January 2009 (UTC)

Hyper Beam

I'd mark it as trivia, but I'm unsure of it's accuracy. Is Farfetch'd the only 'fully' evolved Pokemon that can use TMs that cannot learn Hyper Beam from TM15? --Purimpopoie 21:17, 21 January 2009 (UTC)

no.--freezingCOLD (page, talk) 21:18, 21 January 2009 (UTC)

Leaf Blade

I think its a little weird how despite the fact farfeth'd uses a leek as a sword it can't learn leaf blade, but thats my opinion - unsigned comment from Zen Coyote (talkcontribs)

Well, as any child who has played with a wrapping paper roll will tell you, pretending something is a sword is not the same as having a sword. It's still a leek. Also, please sign your talk page comments with four tildes (~) The Dark Fiddler - You enter a poorly lit room... 16:40, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
Well, it has Leafblade now, soo...Reign 06:42, 23 September 2009 (UTC)

Farfetch'd Wilderness

According to the chart where it says where it can be found, it seems that Farfetch'd is only found in the wild for all the games of Generation II. I was wondering if this is worth it for the triva section.--Spritemaster 22:24:40, 23 August 2009 (UTC)

Mass Outbreak in DPPt. So no. —darklordtrom 22:39, 23 August 2009 (UTC)

Food?

Food part at trivia, doesn't tell about slowpoketails!!!!!!!11´´!!§1--Banetoid 08:14, 26 February 2010 (UTC)

Cool. Changed. —darklordtrom 08:49, 26 February 2010 (UTC)

Wasn't Professor Oak eating Krabby Stew when Ash caught his Krabby?

Nah, it was tofu. 梅子 22:22, 24 April 2010 (UTC)

Okay...

Is it just me, or can anyone else see Farfetch'd as a ??? type in the evolution section WeavilePwns 02:16, 27 April 2010 (UTC)

Yeah... The apostrophe caused the template to glitch slightly. All better now. —darklordtrom 03:45, 27 April 2010 (UTC)

Also spotted at Route 48

I just caught one today! I named it Aflac. XD Anyway, the Route 48 grass patch I found Aflac in is directly south of the Safari Zone. I've been there all day catching Pokémon and I only caught one Farfetch'd. So can someone add this information to the article? --hurr durr 01:58, 2 May 2010 (UTC)

New comments go at the bottom of the page, please. —darklordtrom 02:13, 2 May 2010 (UTC)
Done. I also encountered quite a few there as well. Werdnae (talk) 02:16, 2 May 2010 (UTC)
Hmm... if I had know this wasn't on the page, I would have added it a while ago. I found a few there the first time I got to the route. R.A. Hunter Blade 21:29, 2 May 2010 (UTC)

Origin

According to George Hutcheon's editorial, there is no legends of ducks carrying leeks, but instead a saying, so where will that leave us? May not seem much, but I don't see a point in stating that there are legends when they don't seem to exist. Mudkipchan 21:35, 7 June 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, and I think George's findings are trivia worthy. I mean, I was completely convinced that this "duck carrying leek" thing was some famous Japanese legend. Malake256 23:08, 7 June 2010 (UTC)
