I believe he meant that the "Mai" part of Ishizumai's name might be related to teh word "Shimp". I have no knowledge of Japanese whatsoever, I just remembered of Siu Mai being Pork and Shrimp dumplings. No? Mr. Charlie(TalkToMe) 18:56, 15 October 2010 (UTC)
