Dongle Method?!

- I've heard of it referred to as such, since it uses the GBA games as a dongle. --TTEchidna 03:46, 17 April 2007 (UTC)

- It is Kevin, the offical stragy guide by nintnedo calls it.
Before or after Elite Four
Like the title says. Is this only available after the elite four, or anytime in the game? I think that would be useful information to add, as that's what I came to this page looking for.
