I thought 半分 meant by half?--444Zekrom 14:10, 8 October 2010 (UTC)

I don't think it's halved. At serebii, it explicitly states that only Attack is decreased, and it isn't stated how much. Until we know how much, we should keep it as "decreased" rather than "halved" for now. Smugleaf 18:48, 17 October 2010 (UTC)

I find it funny how we have an ability called "Timid" that reduces Attack....which is exactly what Timid Nature do. Magnezone 11:54, 18 October 2010 (UTC)

This is for the forums. It's Turtwig A! My talk or wiki edits 12:00, 18 October 2010 (UTC)

At Psypoke, it specifically says that mentions that the stat is reduced by half. However, it claims that both the Attack and Special Attack stats are halved. Is this inaccurate? --BradRepko 11:19, 23 October 2010 (UTC)

Archeos doesn't strike me as a timid pokemon at all... does anybody know if "Timid" is the trademarked romanji?

I don't think it's "trademarked", and I personally feel like the previously translated "Faint Hearted" is more accurate. Archeos certain shows no signs of being "timid" in it's dex entries. I think it is supposed to refer to the frailty of speedster-type predators when it comes to endurance, like you see with cheetahs and raptors. That's the impression I get: frailty rather than timidity. Something tells me the official English translation will be a bit more appropriate flavor-wise. Yeah, Archeos doesn't really look timid, so I hope the English translation would be more fitting. -I Liek Gengarz! Do Joo Liek Dem? 21:01, 13 February 2011 (UTC)

Name sharing

I checked the page on Natures, and the Japanese names of the ability and the nature are clearly different (even if they might mean the same thing). --AndyPKMN (talk) 12:13, 18 May 2011 (UTC)

When or While?

Are offensive stats halved when HP is halved or while HP is halved? For example, if you have an Archen with 3 HP and give it a Max Potion, will Archen still have halved offenses? Enervation 02:03, 5 November 2011 (UTC)
